Weekly Review Group
Stay focused, stay grounded, and stay on track — together.
The Weekly Review is the cornerstone of any successful GTD® practice — but let’s be honest: it’s not always easy to stick with it alone. That’s why I created the GTD Weekly Review Group — a monthly virtual meet-up designed to support your ongoing GTD practice with structure, accountability, and community.
How It Works
Held via Microsoft Teams on the first Friday of every month, each session is simple, focused, and free for anyone that I’ve coached or trained in GTD. Once you book your spot (see link below), you’ll receive a calendar invite and Teams link. Here’s the format:
10:00 – Hellos & Check-ins - A brief moment to greet familiar faces and settle in.
10:05 – 45 Minutes of Silent Weekly Review - Everyone gets heads-down and focuses on their own Weekly Review — in whatever way works best for them. This is dedicated time for clarity and control. I’ll be doing mine right alongside you.
10:50 – Checkouts & Goodbyes - We wrap up the focused work and, for those who need to dash, you’re all set for the week.
11:00 – Optional 30-Minute GTD Q&A & Discussion
After a quick coffee break, we reconvene for an open conversation about GTD. Bring your questions, share your wins, or just listen in for inspiration.
Why Join?
Consistency Through Structure
A recurring calendar invite helps you remember and protect time for your review — no more skipping it “just this once.”
Accountability Without Pressure
Doing your review with others creates a sense of momentum and shared commitment — but with zero judgment if life gets in the way.
Flexible and Focused
There’s no rigid walkthrough — you spend the time working on the parts of the Weekly Review that matter most to you. Silence means focus.
Support and Inspiration
The optional discussion time gives you a chance to troubleshoot challenges, exchange ideas, and stay connected with the GTD community.
Ready to Join?
If this sounds helpful, simply book your place here (look for the “Weekly Review” link). You’ll be added to the invite list and welcomed into the next session.
Finally, please note that, even if you book a spot, there will be no judgement - or need to let me know - if things change and you can’t make it on the day. As Ferris Bueller once wisely observed, “Life moves pretty fast…”, and this is designed to be a help with that, not just yet another thing on the to-do list.”
Hope you can join us.
