GTD® Weekly Review Group
The Weekly Review is not just the cornerstone of any successful GTD® practice, it’s also how you get back on the wagon when you’ve been off.
But let’s be honest…
It’s not always easy to stick with it, so that’s why I created the GTD Weekly Review Group — a monthly virtual meet-up designed to support your ongoing GTD practice with structure, accountability, and community.
Next Session
How it works
Book with the link above and a Microsoft Teams meeting for the next session will pop itself into your calendar (and you can also book on to more sessions in the coming months if you want to). The format for the session is simple;
1000 – Greetings and check-in
1005 - 45 minutes of silent work where you can focus on whichever parts of the GTD Weekly Review are most helpful for you, with others on screen to help keep you focussed.
1050 – Checkouts and goodbyes for anyone who needs to get to their next meeting … but then, after a short break to refill coffees...
1100 - 30 minutes GTD Q&A and discussion where you can ask questions, share what works for you, or just listen in on the conversations and take away a few ideas. Note that this second part of the session is just for ‘Alumni’ of my GTD coaching and training for licencing reasons.
Why this approach?
To help you protect time and show up for your Weekly Review.
To add a bit of accountability and enjoyment so your review feels less like a chore and more like a shared experience
To provide a space for help and support – the half hour afterwards is a place to ask questions, share experiences, and see how others use GTD.
Finally, note that, even if you book, the GTD police will not kick your door in if you can't make it on the day. You don't have to cancel the booking, let me know, or feel bad. I know how busy you are.
Book here to join our next session: Friday 6th February, 1000-1100 (UK)
Hope you can make it.
