GTD Coaching
Build a trusted system you can rely on.
Getting Things Done® (GTD) is one of the world's most respected approaches to managing work and life. It helps you gain control of your commitments, make better decisions about what to do next, and create the confidence that nothing important is slipping through the cracks.
Learning GTD, however, is only part of the challenge. The real work is implementing it in a way that fits your life, your work, and the way your mind naturally operates.
That's where coaching makes the difference.
Is GTD Coaching right for you?
This programme is designed for people who want to build a sustainable GTD practice.
You may already have read Getting Things Done, attended a course, or watched videos and found yourself wondering how to make it work in practice. Equally, you may simply feel overwhelmed by competing commitments and be looking for a proven approach that will help you regain control.
By the end of the programme you will have a GTD system that you understand, trust and can maintain independently.
What makes coaching different?
Reading a book teaches principles.
Coaching helps you apply them.
Every person arrives with different habits, responsibilities, tools and preferences. Rather than forcing you into a standard implementation, we'll design a GTD system that fits the way you work.
Throughout the programme I'll help you:
choose tools and workflows that suit you
identify what's causing friction or resistance
avoid common implementation mistakes
embed the daily and weekly practices that make GTD sustainable
refine your system as your confidence grows
Most importantly, I'll ask the right questions at the right time in the right way—helping you develop a trusted system that continues to serve you long after the coaching ends.
What we'll cover
We begin by understanding your goals, your current ways of working, your existing tools and the challenges you're facing.
From there we'll progressively build and refine your GTD practice, covering the complete workflow together with the habits that allow it to become second nature.
As your confidence grows, our sessions become less about learning and more about refinement, adaptation and developing independence.
What's included
Eight coaching sessions (60–90 minutes)
Delivered over approximately 2–3 months
Weekly sessions initially, with increasing flexibility as your system matures
Personalised implementation based on your own working style
Practical consolidation between sessions (typically 1–2 hours)
Tailored guidance throughout the implementation process
The outcome
At the end of the programme you won't simply understand GTD.
You'll have a system you trust.
You'll know how to capture, clarify, organise, review and engage with confidence.
Most importantly, you'll be able to sustain your GTD practice independently through the daily and weekly habits that make the methodology work.
